Virtual Panel: Gender Balance in a Post-COVID World

What has the financial sector learned? What still needs to change?

We are excited to announce that we will be running a live virtual panel on gender balance within the financial sector in a post-COVID world on 21 May, as a virtual taster of the highly anticipated Finance Is Female Conference that will launch later this year. 

During this unprecedented time of mass remote-working and social distancing, we want to ensure that conversation on gender balance remains a high priority for financial institutions by investigating the current economic and social impact of the virus, as well as exploring the implications of the current crisis on  equality in the workplace. 

Our panel of industry experts will share and discuss their perspectives on barriers to gender equality and how the landscape may change in a post-COVID world.
