Euromoney Conferences is proud to present the 3rd Annual Euromoney Japan Capital Markets Congress bringing together the elite of Japan’s investors, issuers and corporations. Building on the success of 2007 when Euromoney attracted over 1,200 attendees to the second Congress.
The theme of the Euromoney Congress in 2008 is to consider how to make Japanese capital work. Euromoney will review the current prospects for the economy, hot asset classes, the prospects for a Japanese SWF, new techniques to finance the on and off shore expansion of corporate Japan and host a debate on shareholder vs stakeholder. Investors, issuers and treasurers are invited to attend as a guest of Euromoney – there is no delegate fee*.
Delegates may attend all key-note addresses, plenary panel discussions and may choose from 22 focused workshops. The workshops cover a range of topics for institutional investors, corporations, government and local government authorities.
This two day meeting evaluates and celebrates the longest expansion of the Japanese economy and provides context and commentary on Japan and its role in the global financial markets as well as considering the impact of the global financial markets on Japanese society.
