Michel Aramouni joined Bank Audi in 1994. He established the Capital Markets Department of the Bank in 1996 and managed it until 2000, whereby he joined the office of the chief executive officer, to handle capital market activity. From 2007 until 2009, he acted as deputy chief executive officer of Audi Capital (KSA) where he established and managed the capital market activity. Currently, he oversees various business lines on the asset side of the bank, namely treasury, financial placements, and capital markets. He manages transactions related to the banks’ equity such as the issuance of new shares, preferred shares, common shares and Global Depositor Receipts. He is a voting member of the Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO), a board member of Audi Investment Bank, and a permanent invitee to the Group Executive Committee. Before joining Bank Audi, he was a primary dealer of French treasuries at SG Warburg in Paris from 1990 to 1994. He holds an MBA from HEC School of Management (France), and a bachelor of Engineering from École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Beyrouth - Université Saint Joseph (Lebanon).
