Doris Kramer is head of investment strategies and sustainability at KfW. She started at KfW in 1992 and, after several years in the export and project finance department, she joined the financial markets division of KfW in the year 2000. One year later she was promoted vice president in the capital markets department. In this function she was member of a project team, which developed the concept for first green bond issued by KfW in June 2014. Later in 2014 Doris Kramer took over the responsibility for the team investment strategies and sustainability. This team has developed the sustainable investment approach for KfW’s EUR 25bn liquidity portfolio and is responsible for KfW’s EUR 1bn green bond portfolio, which was announced in April 2015. Doris Kramer takes an active role in the qualitative development of the Green Bond Market as member of the Executive Committee of the Green Bond Principles.
