Euromoney Conferences is one of the world’s leading organisers of high-level, invitation-only international conferences on cross-border investment and capital markets. We run a portfolio of 25+ multi-sponsored events each year in EMEA and North America. Our purpose is to offer an international audience of investors, bond issuers, business leaders, financiers, regulators and government officials the opportunity to exchange ideas, develop new contacts and participate in informed, impartial and thought-provoking events. What will you do:

  • Lead conferences on stage on the day
  • Write engaging conference agendas and develop new content formats
  • Provide editorial leadership and training for the division
  • Contribute to the development of new events
  • Build relationships with company-wide editorial staff
  • Build online audiences and engagement

What you need to do:

  • Chair conferences, moderate panels and conduct live interviews
  • Stay current with developments in the markets and products covered by Euromoney Conferences
  • Write commercially viable conference programmes, determining the overall theme and focus of the event
  • Develop new formats for our content
  • Support the sales team in idea generation for new conferences
  • Contribute to regeneration plans for existing events
  • Write regularly for the website and our blog
  • Use social media to build the Euromoney Conferences and individual event brands
  • Identify and recruit keynote speakers for our flagship conferences
  • Cultivate effective professional relationships with the key publication editors from Euromoney, GlobalCapital, Institutional Investor, etc
  • Develop in-house moderating expertise – identify and train up young journalists/our programming and sales staff to moderate

What skills we'd like you to have:

  • Ability to identify market trends and associated opportunities
  • Knowledge and understanding of cross-border capital markets
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Good networking skills
  • Insightful, informative and entertaining speaking, presenting and interviewing style
  • Understanding and experience of social media and the digital environment
  • Good time management and organisation
  • Commercial acumen
  • Ability to work well alongside sales teams
  • Availability for frequent global travel
