What is included in the conference registration?

Conference registration grants admission to the conference, includes all refreshments including lunches and admission to any drinks receptions organised by Euromoney which may be held in association with the conference.
Accommodation and travel costs are not included. Delegates must make their own hotel and travel reservations.

Please note: Our events, unless stated otherwise, are open to the media. Euromoney Conferences reserves the right to record and photograph conference proceedings for later distribution across all media and in all territories. Explicit distribution rights to all statements, presentations and questions made by conference participants in the public forum of the conference are deemed to have been assigned to Euromoney Conferences unless expressly restricted by agreement with Euromoney. From time to time, at its sole discretion, Euromoney Conferences may grant partial or complete rights of distribution of conference proceedings to third parties. All statements, presentations and questions are the responsibility of the individual who makes them. Conference speakers and participants are strongly advised to familiarise themselves with their own corporate, regulatory and institutional guidelines on public statements.

By registering for a Euromoney Conference you are automatically opted in to receiving future marketing from Euromoney Conferences unless you have previously requested otherwise. If you wish for your details to be suppressed by email, telephone, mail, fax or third party please inform our customer services team by emailing rsvp@euromoneyplc.com. Please be aware that by completely opting out you will no longer benefit from special offers and information on new products.

By attending a Euromoney Conference the name of your institution and corresponding job-title may be used to demonstrate audience demographics in future marketing.

How can I make payment?

We accept the following methods of payment:
a) Online by credit card - Please pay online with your credit card details.
If you wish to pay online, please be assured that the website is supported by a secure communication protocol (Secure Socket Layers, or SSL) to transmit any sensitive data. Therefore when you fill in your credit card details on the online booking form, you can be sure that the data will be transmitted securely. If your browser does not support SSL please choose another payment method.
b) On the phone by credit card - Please call UK +44 (0) 20 7779 8701 with your credit card details.
Please note – credit card details can only be taken online or over the phone – do not attempt to send your CC details via fax or email.
c) Bank transfer (You must quote the relevant invoice number on all transactions)
8) Am I liable to pay VAT?
VAT is applicable on payments for all events taking place in European Union countries. Organisations registered for VAT in that country may reclaim the tax. Please give us your company VAT registration number when you apply. Organisations outside the UK and the EC should check with their excise authority as to which domestic fiscal regulations apply.

What is the cancellation Policy?

Cancellation by you:

Should you be unable to attend you may nominate a substitute to attend in your place. You must contact us in advance of the conference to substitute as on-the-day changes will not be accepted. If you do not wish to nominate a substitute we will give you a full refund less a 20% handling charge for all cancellations received 15-30 days before the conference date. Within 14 days of the conference we are unable to offer any refunds.

All cancellations must be received in writing (fax, email or post) and will be replied to. We do not accept cancellations orally. If you do not receive a reply to your cancellation request please contact us immediately on +44 20 7779 8708.

Cancellation by us:

If we are obliged to cancel a conference for whatever reason then we will give you a full refund of all delegate fees already paid.

If we are obliged to postpone a conference we will offer you the opportunity to rebook for the new conference date at the same rate or to cancel with no penalty.

Euromoney Conferences is not liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by you or your company if a conference is cancelled or postponed. Your travel insurance may cover cancellation costs.
