The inaugural Euromoney China Global Debt Capital Markets Congress, held on November 16th and 17th in Beijing, was the first-ever significant international meeting dedicated to the growth of China’s bond markets.
Co-hosted with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII), the conference brought together more than 25 of the world’s top issuers to discuss the ongoing development of China’s fixed income landscape and the opportunities and challenges presented by RMB issuance and investment. This groundbreaking event attracted more than 1000 attendees, including leading Chinese policymakers, global and domestic issuers, international investors and senior bank executives. In total, delegates from 24 different countries and territories around the globe registered to attend the forum.
Conference attendees heard from some of the most important and influential figures in both China’s fixed income market, and the global issuer community.
