The Japan Capital Markets and Global Borrowers Congress brought together over 730 Japanese market participants and global borrowers, reaffirming it as the must-attend capital markets event in Tokyo each year.
The Japan Capital Markets stream sparked timely debates and discussions on Japan’s capital markets and economy in the midst of a leadership challenge to Prime Minister Naoto Kan and an intervention on the yen by the Bank of Japan.
The Global Borrowers stream showcased over 30 of the world’s leading bond issuers to the ever-important Japanese bid.
