The Euromoney North Africa Breakfast Briefing hosted by CIB CI Capital was held on the occasion of the IMF World Bank Annual Meeting 2009 in Istanbul. Keynote addresses were given by Karim Djoudi, Minister of Finance of Algeria, Mahmoud Mohieldin, Minister of Investment of Egypt and Karim El Aynaoui of the Central Bank of Morocco. A panel of high profile speakers then discussed regional integration, economic developments and investment opportunities and took questions from the audience.
